At FINANZAUTO S.A.U., we take the protection of your personal data very seriously and for this reason we inform you of how we process it, that being in a simple and transparent manner, so that you can be aware of your rights from the outset and the exercise thereof at any time.

Data controller responsible for processing your personal data

The personal data you have provided will be processed by FINANZAUTO, S.A.U., holder of Fiscal Identification Code (C.I.F.): A 28006922, with registered office in Arganda del Rey (Madrid), 28500, Calle Latón, 2.

Sorage of your personal data. International tranfers

The personal data you provide to us will be stored within the European Union and, from time to time, may be sent, transferred, processed or stored to a country outside the European Union or European Economic Area, provided that the third party receiving such data ensures an adequate level of protection for such data in accordance with European Union law. In these cases, Finanzauto, S.A.U. will always sign contractual commitments and legally binding documents with our supplier and third parties to whom the international transfer will be made, either with contractual legitimacy or with their consent, as well as documents of specific compliance by our supplier and third parties with the principles of the European Regulation.
These documents are aimed exclusively at ensuring that third parties who receive personal data on a legitimate basis (in accordance, in any case, with the Purposes referred to in this Privacy Policy) comply, as a minimum, with the same security standards that Finanzauto, S.A.U. has implemented at all times, in compliance with the provisions of European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

What we use your personal data for and who we share it with

The data collected is subject to computer processing operated under the responsibility of Finanzauto S.A.U. for the purpose of carrying out the contracted services, the after-sales service and invoicing. The legitimacy of the processing is protected by the existence of a contractual relationship for the provision of services and after-sales service.
The main purpose of the processing of your data is to manage the purchases of products and services that you have acquired or requested. In this respect Finanzauto, S.A.U. will:
1. Manage the products and services you request, in accordance with the agreement.
2. Send you non-commercial notifications to manage your contractual relationship with Finanzauto, S.A.U.
3. Check with the manufacturers of the goods it purchases, or those used in the services it requests, whether it is entitled to any price discount or commercial attention that affects or may affect the obligations and rights agreed or being agreed.
4. Arrange with such manufacturers for warranties on products and services that you have purchased or ordered.
5. Analyse and manage incidents or complaints related to the products and services you have purchased or requested.
6. Manage different asset monitoring tools (machines, engines, and technological equipment related to machines or engines), when you have contracted such monitoring tools.

In addition, and only in the event that you have consented to the processing of your data on our form to offer you personalised products and services, events, prize draws, loyalty activities related to these products and services, as well as the sending of quality questionnaires.

Finanzauto, S.A.U. will keep you up to date on new products and services (machines, engines, and technological equipment related to the industry in which both you and Finanzauto, S.A.U. work), discounts on them, events related to said products and services, raffles related to said products and services, and anything else that may be of interest to you as a customer of the public works machinery, construction, engines and power generation equipment industry, such as Finanzauto, S.A.U.'s activities, campaigns and promotions of interest to you, given the common industry to which you and Finanzauto, S.A.U. belong.
2. Finanzauto, S.A.U. will communicate your data to companies belonging to the group to which Finanzauto, S.A.U. belongs, so that they can offer you personalised products and services, always related to the industry of public works machinery, construction, engines and power generation equipment.
3. Finanzauto, S.A.U. may send you questionnaires on the quality of our services, or call you by telephone in order to analyse the quality of these services, either on its own or through third parties who, in any case, are committed to using your data exclusively for the purpose of carrying out quality questionnaires in the interest of Finanzauto, S.A.U. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of Finanzauto, S.A.U. in informing you of the existence of personalised products and services, events, raffles and loyalty activities related to these products and services, the sending of quality questionnaires and the consent given by you, freely and spontaneously once you have had all the information.
Regarding the processing of data due to your access to your private area of the Finanzauto, S.A.U. web pages when you have previously registered in them. Finanzauto, S.A.U. will use your personal data so that you can access your private area, use your personal space, purchase goods or services, request commercial or other information or submit claims, complaints or suggestions.

Your personal data is obtained by Finanzauto, S.A.U., depending on the aforementioned purposes, directly from you during:

The process of purchasing products or acquiring services from Finanzauto, S.A.U.
The registration process in your private area of the Finanzauto, S.A.U. web pages or consultations in which you fill in a form made available to you on said pages and expressly consent to such processing.
The granting, on your part, of consent for the processing of your data, by means of the corresponding physical or electronic document.

How long your personal data will be kept

FINANZAUTO, S.A.U. processes the information you provide us with in order to provide you with the service you have requested and to invoice you. The data provided will be kept for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations and to meet any possible liabilities that may arise from the fulfilment of the purpose for which the data was collected.
The period of conservation of your data according to current fiscal and accounting regulations obliges us to keep it for a period of FIVE YEARS, and may be modified in the event of a change in the legislation in force.

Companies of the group to which Finanzauto, S.A.U. belongs, in accordance with what is reported in the Second Purpose, section 2, that is, that the companies of this group may offer you personalised products and services, always related to the industry of public works machinery, construction, engines and power generation equipment.
The manufacturers of the products you purchase, in accordance with the information provided, that is to say, so that these manufacturers can determine if you are entitled to any type of price discount or commercial attention that affects or may affect the obligations and rights agreed or that are being agreed with Finanzauto, S.A.U., or that they can manage the guarantees of products and services that you have purchased or requested from Finanzauto, S.A.U.
Third parties (including the manufacturers of the products you purchase), for the exclusive purpose of carrying out, in the interest of Finanzauto, S.A.U., questionnaires or quality surveys relating to the products sold or services provided, as long as you have given your consent.
Competent public authorities and bodies, when Finanzauto, S.A.U. is legally obliged to provide it.

What are your rights regarding the personal data you provide us with?

You have the right to obtain information about the processing of your data at FINANZAUTO, S.A.U. and you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of data and opposition and limitation to its processing by contacting Finanzauto, S.A.U. whose office address is in Arganda del Rey (Madrid), Calle Latón 2, C.P 28500, or by e-mailing ejercitatusderechoslopd@finanzauto.es, attaching a copy of your ID card or equivalent document.
We will now briefly explain what each of the rights consists of:
1. Right of Access: This right allows you to know whether we are processing your data and, if so, to be informed of what data we are processing.

How do we proceed to ensure the protection of your data?

FINANZAUTO, S.A.U. will treat your data in the strictest confidence and with the duty of secrecy, proceeding to the pseudonymisation of your personal data in our files and in our transfer to third parties. Furthermore, adopting the necessary technical and organisational measures to guarantee the security thereof, in order to reinforce the general security of the processing of personal data, systems, communications environment and corporate organisation, as well as to guarantee due protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against its loss, destruction or incidental damage (principle of integrity and confidentiality).
Finanzauto, S.A.U., cares about your data, and continuously monitors, controls, secures and evaluates its processes to ensure respect for your privacy and information security.
For these purposes, it shall give special consideration to the application criteria and security measures and other security obligations associated with the GDPR, with special attention to the provisions of Article 32 of the GDPR.
