High-Spedd Mobile Shredders MRS 1.53

The Pronar MRS 1.53 high-speed mobile shredder is the perfect machine for shredding green waste, wood or wood waste for biomass production or compost aggregates.

The shredder is equipped with a 530 hp Volvo Penta engine that drives the shredder axle through a torque converter and belt drive, thus minimising power loss.

Its powerful axle (weighing approx. 2500 kg) with 36 blades running at 1000 RPM allows for very high working efficiency and different sizes of shredded material. The fraction size can be easily adjusted by interchanging sieves placed under the shredding axle.

Its sieves offer high durability thanks to the innovative technology used during their manufacture which involves the use of steel water cutters with special resistance parameters.
