The History of Pronar
The Pronar company was founded in Narew, in the Podlasie region of north-eastern Poland.
"Pro" means Production and "Nar" is an abbreviation of Narew, hence the name of the company. Pronar employs more than 3,000 people. 10,000 tonnes of steel per month are used in 9 modern factories, covering an area larger than that of 90 football fields.
Since the company was founded in 1988, the vision was to focus the company's development on the implementation of a wide range of recycling products.
Over the years, commitment, innovation, modernity and the highest quality have made Pronar recycling machines and equipment competitive and successful in international markets. The company has established a network of distributors in all EU countries, Scandinavia and Russia. Pronar products are exported to more than 80 countries, including Africa, America, New Zealand and Australia.
