Find out about the different inspections we offer:
TA1 Inspection
The TA1 inspection is a thorough visual examination whereby our technicians follow a standard inspection checklist that will reveal any wear, leaks, rubbing or abrasions between elements, abnormal noises or in general any issues that should be corrected to prevent future ones from emerging.
TA2 Inspection
A TA2 is an in-depth visual inspection whereby, in addition to TA1, functional tests are performed by recording operating parameters of the systems (e.g. recording of relevant hydraulic pressures, engine speed under load, etc.) so that a well-founded estimate can be made of the internal condition of the machine elements.
Both analyses will be very useful in identifying incidents and preventing and avoiding undesirable consequences that could occur if appropriate corrections are not made.
Hydraulic Inspection
The TA1 Hydraulic Inspection for excavators is an extension of the TA1 inspection that also checks a number of critical parameters of the hydraulic system. It is the inspection of choice if an excavator is suspected to have lost efficiency due to its hydraulic system.
