Machining Services at Finanzauto

In our centre we offer a wide range of works, always under Caterpillar's specifications and technical requirements:

Engine Block Grinding

We grind engine blocks, ensuring a perfect fit and optimum performance after machining.

Crankshaft Grinding and Polishing

We polish and rectify crankshafts, carrying out the corresponding checks of hardness, twist and roughness of the crankshaft.

Machining and reconditioning of Engine Liners

We replace, machine and bore the engine liners, ensuring the perfect fit of the cylinder-piston assembly. We also carry out liner seating according to Caterpillar specifications, ensuring the perfect coupling of the liner to the block.

Machining of water passages

We reconditioned the water passages of the block by boring them out and inserting a stainless steel bushing.

Valve and Valve Seat Grinding

We check, grind and grind valves, as well as grind valve seats. Ensuring the sealing of valves and valve seats. In addition, we carry out a leak test of the cylinder head.

Planned for the Stock

We plan the cylinder head ensuring a perfect fit and optimum performance after machining.

Grinding and honing of the bedplate
