Discover Our Machine Repair Options

The Repair Options are solutions that are progressive in scope, and are therefore fully adapted to the condition of the machine components.

Depending on the level and therefore the scope of the option chosen, the parts most subject to wear and friction, such as seals, gaskets, sealing rings, bearings, etc., are replaced in order to avoid damage to the most important and expensive parts of the machine, which are also checked and replaced if included in the option. A complete overhaul of the entire assembly is also included to ensure smooth operation, preventing further costly damage and improving productivity.

  • Engine
  • Torque converter
  • Transmission
  • Axles
  • Final drives
  • Differential
  • Brakes
  • Hydraulic pumps and engines
  • Cylinders

Three levels are available for all Repair Options, depending on the condition of components and general repair practices:

Machine Repair Levels

LEVEL I

Most basic repair option for the repair, reconditioning or replacement of wear components.

LEVEL II

Preventive solution. In addition to the replacement of wear items, this Repair Option covers the reuse, recovery and ultimately replacement of components designed to have more than one life.

LEVEL III

These are general solutions. They include the repair of components designed and manufactured to last the lifetime of the machine. Failure of level 1 and 2 components can lead to premature failure of level 3 components. These components can be reconditioned to meet the manufacturer's specifications. With the repair options and their different scopes, it is possible to preventively plan the repair of your equipment, adapting the repair to the needs of your business and the condition of the components.
