The pre-screen allows fines to be removed to increase throughput, providing higher efficiency, less crusher wear and higher overall productivity. It is particularly suitable for applications where there is a high percentage of fine materials in the feed zone.

In addition to the standard equipment, the QJ341+ model comes with features specifically designed to give the user complete control, such as the Sandvik PLC control system with a colour display. With any equipment, operator safety is paramount, which is why this machine includes a self-locking hopper and can be installed at ground level.
