The Sandvik QA452 is the world's first triple deck double screen, providing unrivalled performance and control. Through years of research, customer feedback and Sandvik's extensive experience in the field, this innovative machine has been developed to offer tremendous separation capabilities.

The Sandvik QA452 is a formidable solution with two 3 x 1.5 m in-line screens, a large feed hopper and optional extendable conveyors. The Sandvik QA452 is designed to operate in a closed circuit with other crushers and can optimise the feeding process to the loading units with the fourth hydraulic conveyor.

To provide maximum flexibility, the QA452 can also function as a stand-alone sorting and selection system. In this mode, the unit can produce products of four sizes with a fifth oversize material screened on the grid. Safety features such as full remote control and hydraulically folding platforms are standard.
