Roughing screen QE342

The QE342 is an evolution of the class-leading QE341, incorporating a number of upgrades and new features. The Sandvik QE342 is a heavy-duty scalper screen with a class-leading open screen area that allows it to offer huge production rates.

Its design and features ensure that production of even the toughest materials is facilitated by a wear-resistant steel platform feeder with a massive storage capacity and wide conveyors that maximise discharge.

Its new purpose-designed shredder-style chassis has been specifically developed to match the new, more powerful and efficient engine power packages. To enhance its versatility, the Sandvik QE342 incorporates a rigid, wear-resistant hopper that is compatible with 2- or 3-way split configurations, as well as the ability to interchange side conveyors, demonstrating the unit's maximum flexibility. The screen lift function allows easier access to the lower deck for maintenance and screen media changes.

Extensive power package to accommodate engines meeting EU Stage 4, Stage 5 and Tier 4 Final emissions standards, with improved service access, hydraulics and lighting.
