The SANDVIK QE442 “Free Flow” is equipped with two screens in one unit. The high-performance separating grate allows a large amount of raw material to be processed in the upper section, thereby supplying refined material in the lower section. It is an ideal solution for materials with high fines content, such as soils, asphalts, ores, minerals, residues, biomass and other petroleum products, including products with high moisture content.

The distinctive 18' x 6' / 5.4 x 1.75 m high production grille incorporates a heavy-duty top grille and a double-motion bottom grille. The powerful vibration system at the bottom of the deck generates a continuous flow of material in motion, which produces a large outflow of material at the top, separating the material properly. It also eliminates metals and oversized materials.
